• Measure largest part of both thighs while wearing jeans or whatever you will normally wear underneath your chaps. Take measurement of largest thigh and add about one inch. For example, if your thigh measures 22 inches, adding an inch would be 23 inches, so you should choose size XXL based on the size chart. Chaps are not sized like normal clothing, so do not be concerned that the size sounds too large, if you measured correctly, your chaps should fit you just fine.
