Return Policies For Our POD Print On Demand Products
Please note, that any of our POD Print On Demand products will be notated as such on the products page. These Print On Demand Returns and Terms and Policies and Shipping Information supersede our Return Policies for our leather products and helmets (everything except the Print On Demand products like hoodies, some t-shirts, some stickers, some tote bags. etc.).
PLEASE NOTE FOR SOME PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS ONLY: A few of our products are shipped from overseas into America. They take 10-30 days to reach you. Some of these are some of the men's briefs, women's pajamas, swimsuits, etc. are only available to us from overseas but they are really cute and we wanted to offer them to our valued customers. Just make sure you know that before you order as it is listed on each product page that this applies to. Once we get your order it is immediately sent to the manufacturer to print it out for you, therefore there are no refunds, no size exchanges, no cancellations once you place the order. Always read the products description to make sure you know which products are shipping from overseas. The vast majority of our Print On Demand and all of our Leather and Helmets are shipped from within the USA.
POD or Print On Demand products are custom printed just for you after you place your order. This means you will get a nice and fresh product that has not been sitting somewhere collecting dust. This also means that you cannot return or exchange it because you have buyers remorse, or changed your mind or it does not fit or you don't like the color etc. Be sure to pay attention to the Size Chart that is on every page of our POD products that have sizing. It is up to you to make sure you order the correct size. This is because when you for example order a size Large t-shirt, the factory takes a brand new t-shirt in the color and size you order and prints our design that you chose on the product. You can't just return it for another one on the shelf because there is not another one on the shelf, they would have to print out another t-shirt in the different size or color you wanted to exchange for which means you are paying for another brand new t-shirt. If you would like, we will offer you a coupon for a discount on the size or color you wanted to exchange for and you will be able to keep the first one you received, perhaps you can give it as a birthday gift or some kind of gift for a friend or family member or sell it locally. That's up to you.
When you CHECK OUT, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and therefore there will be fees we will charge you should you go through your credit card issuer and try to get a refund that way. So, please just be very careful when you order and choose your correct size and color and be sure you give us your correct address to avoid re-shipment charges.
Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than the above timeframes and may
continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain,
including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
It's difficult to predict the shipping times.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@ghostriderleather.com or use the Contact Form at the bottom of this page, with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on
where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at support@ghostriderleather.com or use the Contact Form at the bottom of this page, within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at support@ghostriderleather.com or use the Contact Form at the bottom of this page,
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@ghostriderleather.com or use the Contact Form at the bottom of this page, with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@ghostriderleather.com or use the Contact Form at the bottom of this page, within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
