• Measure your chest and waist at the largest part while wearing your normal clothing.
• Take the largest of those two measurements and add 2-3 inches and choose your size from the Size Information below.

The size of the vest is the same as the chest measurement. The waist on these vests are normally about 2-4 inches smaller than the chest measurement. For example, a size 50 vest has an approximate measurement of 50 inches in the chest and approximately 46-48 inches in the waist. So, if your chest measures 47-48 inches and your waist measurement is smaller than your chest, then you would wear a size 50. If your waist is larger than your chest, take that into account. If your waist measures 52 inches then choose a size 56 vest to accomodate your waist size.
