1. Measure your chest and waist at the largest parts while wearing your normal clothing.
2. Check the size chart below. The measurement in the row that says (GARMENT) is the measurement of the vest itself. The measurement in the row that says (BODY) is what YOUR measurements should be while wearing your normal clothing that you would wear underneath your vest. If you are at the very top edge of the (BODY) measurement, I would suggest ordering the next size up.
3. If your waist is larger than your chest, make sure you use the Waist portion of the Size Chart to choose your size.
